Your child’s first appointment will include:

• A complete oral examination
• A gentle cleaning of your child’s teeth
• Personal consultation
• Oral hygiene and toothbrushing instructions
• X-rays (only if necessary)

Before your child’s first appointment, we’ll send you a Confidential Health History Form. Please fill it out and bring it with you for this initial appointment. Also, if you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card and any claim forms.
